Digital MKT Lead

Job Description

• Content Creation (30%): Develop and manage compelling content, including graphics and videos, showcasing our software products’ features and benefits to global markets.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (25%): Implement organic SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of our software products in search engines, driving relevant traffic to product websites and landing pages.
• Website Management (15%): Build, optimize, and manage websites for our software products, ensuring a seamless user experience and integration with marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management (15%): Execute and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and educate audiences on our software products.
• Strategy, Analytics, Administration & Delivery (10%): Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies, focusing on tracking the performance of our product-related campaigns, analyzing data, and refining approaches for maximum impact.
• Email Marketing (5%): Develop and deliver email campaigns that highlight new features, updates, and offers for our software products to nurture leads and engage potential customers.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  Prior experience in the IT or software outsourcing industry is mandatory.
• Skill Set:

            Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Marketing Platforms, and social media advertising

            Excellent understanding of digital tools and techniques for performance-based marketing.

            Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Leadership:
  A proactive and dynamic leader capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve goals.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluent in English for effective communication with international and local teams.
